Terms of Service

Services & scope
Amberwood Digital provides website design and development, AI and automation implementations, maintenance, analytics, SEO-related services, integrations and other agreed services. Deliverables, revisions and timelines are defined by the selected package and/or written scope. Work outside scope may require additional fees.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, one-time projects require full payment before custom work begins. Advertised packages may include Starter at $799, Business at $1,499 and AI Growth starting at $2,499. Custom requirements may be quoted separately.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, required content, brand assets and approvals, and must have rights to materials they supply. Client delays may affect delivery dates.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment processors, AI providers, messaging platforms, APIs and other third-party services may have separate fees, terms and availability. Third-party costs are included only when expressly stated.
Intellectual property
Final client-specific deliverables are transferred or licensed as stated in the applicable agreement after amounts due are paid. Amberwood Digital retains its pre-existing tools, reusable components, frameworks and know-how.
Results
We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, search rankings, advertising results or uninterrupted third-party availability.
Project Review, Revisions & Final Approval
When Amberwood Digital provides the first project preview or review version, the client is given a single 5-business-day review period to inspect the work and either approve it or submit a clear written list of requested revisions. This review period is for review and included revisions only; it is not a refund or cancellation period.
Revision requests are reviewed against the agreed project scope and the revisions included in the selected package. Items that were agreed but are missing or require correction will be addressed. A revision request or delivery of a revised preview does not restart, extend, or create a new 5-business-day review period. New features, substantial redesign requests, additional revision rounds beyond those included, changes outside the agreed scope, or additional work may require a separate fee and timeline.
If the client approves the final version, the project may proceed to final delivery or launch. Approval confirms acceptance of the reviewed version, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
If the client does not respond during the review period, Amberwood Digital may send reminders and place the project in a Client Unresponsive status. Silence alone will not be used to remove any mandatory legal rights. Work may be paused until the client responds, and any later reopening or out-of-scope changes may require a revised schedule or additional fee.
Approval, Review Period & Refund Rule
The 5-business-day period is a review-and-revisions period only and is not a money-back period. Once custom work has been performed and a website preview or review version has been created and provided in material accordance with the agreed scope, the client is not entitled to a refund solely because of a change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, design preference, failure to approve, or because the 5-business-day review period has not yet expired. Approval may occur earlier, and the review period does not restart because revisions are requested or supplied.
This rule does not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law or applicable payment-provider rules.
